PHONE TECH SUPPORT

We offer our clients phone tech support 24 hours a day.. With our expertise knowledge, we typically can solve most problems quickly over the phone in the matter of minutes. We have remote access ability to join your local device for more in depth troubleshooting. If we are unable to solve the problem in a timely manner, NGSI is ready to dispatch onsite technicians 24/7, quickly solving the problem.

NGSI offers remote monitoring and management services to ensure you have an expert next to your side at all times. We simply place a local PC on the network (system) enabling NGSI staff to support your system remotely. This enables us to simply control, manage, reset equipment remotely taking the stress off your local teams. This is super important for system failures, as typically it as simple as just reseting equipment and helping you get back online.

ONSITE TECH SERVICES

NGSI provides onsite service calls during normal & after business hours, including weekends. Our first attempt is to provide phone tech support. If we are unable to get your system up and running, we are ready to dispatch 24/7. We offer four types of service calls, to ensure we are there at your urgency level, when you need us.

- CRITICAL (1 - 2 Hrs)

- EMERGENCY (Within 24 Hr)

- IMPORTANT (48 - 72 Hrs)

EQUIPMENT LOANER

On select plans, NGSI offers an equipment loaner on the critical items that ensure your system maintain functionality at all times. The critical items include IT routers, WAP’s, switches, control proessors, audio processors, and commercial amplifiers.

SYSTEM TRAINING

The important thing is everyone knows how to use the system correctly. With constant change in technology along with turnover, training is key. NGSI provides a quick refresher to your key players on the system during maintenance our visits, or can be scheduled when you need it.

Once we have completed our comprehensive maintenance checklist, we provide you with a complete diagnosis of the system. This includes a rundown of what we discovered, what we did, and what we recommend. Our goal is to ensure your system is reliable, relevant and easy to use.
