Our collaborative partnerships bring consistancy, quality control, & clear communication utilizing our proprietary design process. This process will help significantly reduce redundant labor, poor planning & materials costs, while minimizing the amount of change orders.

ACCURATE BIDDING - GC / EC ARE ABLE TO BID ACCURATELY FROM THE PERMIT SET ON THE ELECTRICAL, LOW VOLTAGE DRAWINGS. (ROUGH IN, RACEWAYS, WIRE RUNS)
BUDGETS - ACCURATE BIDS VS. REDUCES / ELIMINATES SUPRISE CHANGE ORDERS
BASE & RCP PLANS
NGSI’s proprietary design process organizes & provides all building low voltage needs, bringing together all systems into one centralized drawing. Partnership with the Architect is key to our success!
EQUIPMENT SPECS
NGSI provides a full detail of all the low voltage racks including power & thermal ratings. Working with all trades involve, NGSI ensures everyone has the proper tools & resources required for integration.
WIRE SCHEDULES
NGSI provides a full detail spec on all required wire colors, wire specs, wires locations, with recommended electrical needs & specific notes.
